If they still do not open, they come into the CRM and receive the ads on their social media platforms, Google and YouTube. In the case of YouTube, they see the storytelling video advertisement, corporate videos of the company, or concierge/open house adverts.

But, in the story for social media and Google Ads, the procedure is on the lengthier side. A weekly automation campaign is run where on day 1, the target audience views a branding post or video, and on the second day, they see the campaign we’re targeting them for and get insights on the property with the same. Furthermore, they see storytelling imagery on the third day, i.e., the second post.

After all, they see a third post related to the brand, again a post coming out on the fourth day. Finally, on the 5th day, the target audience sees a concierge or an open house post. This cycle keeps on repeating from time to time given the time until the receiver subscribes to the alerts and emails, linking themselves to the organization and showing interest.

The Overall Mantra: How Is The Customer’s Journey?

Knowing this fact, the funnel’s main aim is not just to bring traffic but it effectively emphasizes building brand awareness. The customer’s journey begins once the funnel is created on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms. A fair share of the traffic will come in from the blunt end — it will straightaway go on the website and utilize the tracking tools. You can even monitor their journey by Facebook & Instagram pixels, LinkedIn tags, Google Tags, and Twitter tags.

If the funnel is maintained and created correctly, you’ll also be able to track the kind of property they require. If they are actual leads that can convert into clients, all of these will go to your email funnel. The customer journey starts from here, and whatever happens ahead is through email marketing and remarketing. But, you need to effectively and efficiently note all the details regarding the target audience — only then will you be able to engage with them and create a buying scenario with them.
